Effective date: October 16, 2026
At Lumiva Decor, we respect your privacy choices. This page explains how you can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, as allowed under U.S. state privacy laws such as those in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, and others.
Our Practices
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, like most online stores, we use cookies and tools from advertising and analytics partners, such as Google and Meta, to measure site performance and show relevant ads. Under some state laws, this may count as “sharing” personal information for targeted advertising or “selling” it.
Information That May Be Shared
- Device and browser information, and IP address
- Pages viewed, products viewed, and items added to your cart
- Cookie and advertising identifiers
- Purchase activity
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out in any of these ways:
- Email us at Lumivadecor@gmail.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share” and include the email address you used on our site.
- Use the privacy banner or settings on our website, if shown, to decline marketing and advertising cookies.
- Turn on a browser opt-out signal such as Global Privacy Control (GPC). We treat a valid GPC signal as an opt-out request for that browser.
- Adjust your ad settings with Google and Meta, or use industry opt-out tools like optout.aboutads.info.
We will process your request within the time required by law, generally within 15 business days. We will not charge you or treat you differently for making this choice.
Other Privacy Rights
Depending on your state, you may also have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to appeal a decision on your request. To make a request, email Lumivadecor@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity first. You can also use an authorized agent to submit a request for you. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
Changes to This Page
We may update this page from time to time. The latest version will always be posted here with the updated effective date.
